  • Mattress
  • Bed Frame
  • 1Please pay attention to the handling techniques to avoid bending, folding, or tightly tying with ropes to prevent excessive deformation of the mattress.
  • 2Excessive force on a single point of the spring can cause damage, so avoid jumping on the mattress or frequently sitting on its edges.
  • 3Before covering with your preferred bedding, to prevent dirt penetration, please first lay a mattress protector.
  • 4Keep the environment well-ventilated and dry, and air the mattress frequently to prevent the internal materials from becoming damp.
  • 5Avoid exposing the mattress to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent discoloration of the surface.
  • 6To create a cleaner sleep environment, it is recommended to regularly use a professional mite-removal device to clean the mattress.
  • 7Water or dry-cleaning chemicals can cause the mattress to become damp or corrode the surface. If stains occur, use a cloth to absorb the moisture and wipe clean.
  • 8Selecting a suitable and flat bed frame is essential. The optimal support bed net for a mattress is a flat design. If there are gaps, they should not exceed 3 cm to prevent spring damage.
  • 9To extend the lifespan of the mattress, it is recommended to place a layer of felt or bedding between the mattress and the bed frame to reduce friction between the two.
  • 10Do not remove or discard the legal label or trademark on the mattress. This can avoid delays in product identification and missing out on the best after-sales service.
  • 11The body adaptation period for a new mattress is typically 60-120 days. Mild discomfort during the initial stage is normal.
  • 12Please regularly (every 3-6 months) rotate or flip the mattress, either head-to-toe or front-to-back, to evenly distribute body pressure across different areas of the mattress and activate its soothing properties. The specific rotation operation is shown in the figure below.
  • 1Solid Wood Bed Maintenance
Do not place wooden beds near air conditioning vents or dehumidifiers, as this can significantly affect their lifespan.
When cleaning wooden beds, immediately wipe them dry with a clean cloth after using a damp cloth to prevent residual moisture from damaging the wood.
  • 2Leather Bed Maintenance
Avoid placing leather beds in direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents to prevent the leather from hardening and fading.
Keep the bedroom well-ventilated; excessive dryness or humidity can accelerate the aging of the leather.
For daily cleaning, use a slightly damp towel (wring it out well) to wipe the surface (once every 3-5 days is recommended), and regularly apply leather care products for maintenance.
  • 3Fabric Bed Maintenance
Regularly vacuum the bed, preferably once a week, including the crevices.
Use a towel to wipe the fabric to prevent it from losing its luster and becoming dull due to aging.
